Historic Fayette County Courthouse?

 

The Historic Fayette County Courthouse was a $32 million renovation of a 119 year old building in downtown Lexington. The new space consists of the Lexington visitor’s center, event spaces, restaurants, and the Breeder’s Cup Lexington office.? The geothermal water source VRF systems provided a unique solution to stringent restrictions on outdoor equipment due to the historic nature of the building.

UofL Belknap Academic Classroom Building

The Belknap Academic Building at the University of Louisville is a $80 Million, 165,0000 square-foot building that consists of 20 classrooms, 14 science labs, 11 study group rooms, 7 seminar rooms and 4 learning labs. The anthropology, biology, chemistry and physics programs have dedicated labs in the new LEED Certified building.?
